Here at Season Sports, we are dedicated to getting your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. Every day, we ship our quality cricket gear out to cricketing enthusiasts across Australia, and we always aim to provide the very highest levels of customer service and responsiveness. Following is some information our customers need to know about shipping and delivery. We will ship your order to you via Australia Post courier.
All orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day after the order is received. Parcels will be lodged with Australia Post from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Australia Post’s standard courier charge is $15 per order. Express Post can be arranged to selected locations, with the delivery fee depending on the weight of the parcel. We ask you to contact us prior to ordering and we will advise you on the exact rate.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a notification to the email address you have registered with us.
Yes, you can track your order via the Australia Post website. A link and tracking number will be included in the email you receive when your order is shipped.
Depending on your location, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to reach you.
We currently ship only within Australia. We have plans to expand our shipping internationally in the future – stayed tuned!
All parcels will require a signature on delivery, so shipping to a business address, or home address where someone is in attendance during the day is advisable.
If Australia Post attempt delivery and nobody is home, they will leave a card and ask you to collect your parcel at the nearest Australia Post Office.

In the event that you have not received your order within 10 business days from the date you placed the order, please email us with your order number and full name, then we will investigate your delivery immediately. In most cases, a delay in delivery means that an attempt at delivery has been made and your parcel is most likely waiting for your collection at the nearest post office.
