Thank you for shopping at Season Sports. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Returns and Refunds
- We offer a 14 day, 100% money back guarantee or exchange. All returns and refunds are made at our discretion. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will assist you accordingly. Please include details of which product(s) from the order are to be returned or exchanged and the specific reason for your return.
- All product(s) being returned must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. You will need to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will notify you of the address for return within 2 business days of receiving the request for return of the product(s). Products being returned must be safely re-packaged and be posted with tracking attached – Australia Post courier is ideal for this purpose. Delivery charges for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- In the rare case that an item has a manufacturing fault, we will offer you an exchange/replacement product. We will pay the delivery charges in this case.
- If there is a mistake from our end, we will reimburse the return delivery charges as well (Delivery charges receipt is required).
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, then notify you that we have received your item and advise you on the status of your return/refund. If your return is approved, you will be notified when the amount for the returned product(s) will be refunded back into the original mode of payment. You should receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Any delivery charges applied to the original order (if applicable) will not be refunded. Additional delivery charges will apply to all the exchanged product(s). You will be notified via an email with the tracking details when the exchanged product(s) is shipped.
Is there any item not eligible for a return or refund?
Any used item or item not in its original packaging is not eligible for return or refund.
